RETURNS FAQs
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note due to hygiene reasons for HOSIERY/TIGHTS - We will refund or offer a store credit on any items of Hosiery which are returned unopened with all the packaging intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are currently not accepting exchanges, please process a full return and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow 4- 5 days to process your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PROCESS A RETURN
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please ensure you complete the ReturnsGo online form on our returns portal to be eligible for a return, if this is not completed your return can not be processed properly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

DO YOU COVER SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by My Accessories London when you send an item back, you will need to cover these costs.
Please check the the returns policy with any 3rd party marketplaces the brand is sold on as they may be different.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday - Friday.
Please note if your order is placed on the weekend or a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
UK DELIVERY
Free shipping on orders over £50
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery
Standard shipping: £2.99
3-5 working days Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery. Orders placed over the weekend and on a bank holiday will be dispatched the following Monday or next working day.
Express delivery shipping: £4.99
1-2 working days Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery. Orders need to be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Please note this service does not apply for the weekends or bank holidays. If this service is selected over the weekend or out of the required timeframe, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
European Standard shipping: £9.50
10 - 15 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand Standard shipping: £9.50
10 - 15 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Rest of the world Standard shipping: £15
10 - 15 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
TAXES & DUTIES
Depending on your order and shipping country, taxes and duties may be applicable (including in the EU after 1st January 2021). Our shipping prices do not include additional local taxes and duties cost. Please check your countries import duties from the UK prior to placing your order.
Should your order fail to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately. If you do not notify us within 30 days we will be unable to investigate or replace any missing items.
